Publishers' Go-To
Freelance book editor you can trust
Since 2001 I’ve had the privilege of working with four of the “Big 5” publishing companies as a freelance copyeditor, proofreader, and authenticity/sensitivity reader. In addition to major publishers, I work with mid-size publishers, literary agents, and self-published authors across a broad spectrum of nonfiction and fiction subgenres.
My favorite books to edit are those that teach me something or offer a new perspective. I do not edit LGBTQ, erotica, or poetry, but I enjoy editing most fiction.
Specialty genres: contemporary fiction, thriller, suspense, young adult, fantasy, science fiction, self-help, self-improvement, and travel.
